Your new password MUST meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Must include at least one uppercase letter
- Must include at least one lowercase letter
- Must include at least one number
- Must include at least one special character
If you are unable to change your password, it's likely due to one of the restrictions below.
- Can NOT include your username
- Can NOT reuse one of last 24 passwords
- Can NOT contain 3 or more consecutive identical characters
- Can NOT match more than 5 consecutive characters from your previous password
- Can NOT include words from "banned" list
- Can NOT have been part of a public breach
